Co-Fe – A neighborhood-based collaborative workspace

Co-Fe is a 3,000-sf collaborative workplace that includes 11 private offices, 14 “dedicated desks,” 15 “open seat” workspaces, and unlimited community memberships. Private offices will range in size from 44-sf to 200-sf. While most private offices will support single person or two-person operations, one 200-sf “team office” is designed to support a 3 to 4- person operation.

What are Co-Fe's primary attributes and amenities?

Co-Fe members will have access to: a 1-Gbs fiber broadband internet connection; three meeting rooms and board rooms capable of hosting groups of 4-15 participants; small booth-style meeting spaces; a living room/lounge; copy and printing services; workspace/phone booths; a full-service kitchen with free coffee, drinks and snacks; broadband access within the adjoining café and outside seating spaces; USPS mailbox and package delivery services; free newspapers and magazines; educational programming to support member’s business skill development; discounted access to neighborhood businesses (i.e., Railyard Fitness, local restaurants); food delivery, among other amenities.


What does it cost and how will I have access to the space?

Introductory pricing will range from $49 per month for “cafe memberships” that provide high speed internet access, 3-hr per month access to meeting rooms; $195 per month for “open seat” counter and table workspaces; $295+ per month for dedicated desks; and $425+ per month for private offices. Access to the facility for dedicated desk and office members will be 24/7/365 days a year. Co-Fe will be staffed with a “community manager” to facilitate collaborative work opportunities, professional development initiatives, marketing, etc.
