Located in the heart of Santa Fe's downtown Guadalupe Street/Railyard District,
Co-Fe was designed to be a beautiful and productive work space; one that offers independent workers and small teams a wide range of professional services, facilities, and tools to foster great work and meaningful relationships.
Co-Fe is located in a beautifully restored 8,300-square foot historic elementary school in downtown Santa Fe, NM. It is part of a larger redevelopment effort, known as Common Ground.
Co-Fe offers an array of semi-private offices, dedicated desks, "open seats" and meeting rooms for use by its full-time, part-time and visiting members.
The 3,000-square foot cowork space is distinguished by its tall ceilings, loft-style windows and wood floors. It's design will support open and active engagement among community members, while also providing space for focus and privacy.
Some of Co-Fe's amenities and life enhancements include:
Ted Harrison is a social entrepreneur with deep experience in the world of environmental protection and community development. Building on a 30-year career with the Trust for Public Land and Commonweal Conservancy, Ted is bringing his passion and skills to the task of this historic redevelopment initiative.
Ted is supported in his work by his loving wife and daughter, wonderful friends, generous business partners and his two Great Pyrenees dogs, Stella and Rosie.
