Co-Fe is located in a beautifully restored 8,300-square foot historic elementary school in downtown Santa Fe, NM. The cowork space is part of a larger mixed-use redevelopment, known as Common Ground.
Co-Fe offers a number of semi-private offices, dedicated desks, "open seats" and meeting rooms for use by its full-time, part-time and visiting members.
The 6,000-square foot cowork space is distinguished by its tall ceilings, loft-style windows and Maple hardwood floors. Its design supports respectful and thoughtful engagement among community members, while also providing workspace for focus and privacy.

Our team
Ted Harrison is a social entrepreneur with deep experience in the world of environmental protection and community development. Building on a 35-year career with the Trust for Public Land, the New Mexico Foundation, and Commonweal Conservancy, Ted brings his passion and skills to the task of this historic redevelopment initiative.
Ted is supported in his work by his loving wife and daughter, wonderful friends, generous business partners and his two Great Pyrenees dogs, Stella and Rosie.
